There are several factors to consider when you are making the difficult decision as to which estate sale company to hire?
First of all, find out if they are licensed, bonded and insured. Secondly, you need to know how long they have been conducting estate sales and home cleanouts, and if they are a resident in their work area. Ask them how they are going to advertise your estate sale and if they can provide reputable references from past clients. Finally, did you feel comfortable after meeting with them?

I advertise on estatesale.com, craigslist, my website and via our large mailing list. And we place signs throughout the neighborhood as well. Our large van has our logo on it, so as the sale goes on, there is no doubt which house the sale is at.
